This, along with all the other smaller Steeldeck sizes we have in hire means we probably stock the largest amount of Steeldeck available for hire in South Wales We stock the ‘STEELDECK’ range of staging mainly because of its strength, ease of use, flexibility and good reputation. Hay Festival 2019 Posted on 31st May 201921st October 2021 by stageadmin This year working alongside Stage Sound Services, we supplied a complete and comprehensive technical package for the 7 venues at the Hay Festival 2019 site, with two venues switching completely to LED fixtures this year. This technical package included Avolites dimming, ETC Ion & Colorsource consoles, Milos 290V Quad and Total Solutions Group slick truss structures, full compliment of fixtures and complete project management with an onsite project manager for the duration of the build. The Hay Festival of Literature & Arts is an annual literature festival. Held in Hay-on-Wye, Powys, Wales, for ten days from May to June. Event organiser: Hay Festival
Cardiff Open Air Theatre Festival 2018 Posted on 20th July 201821st October 2021 by stageadmin Cardiff Open Air Theatre Festival was once again supplied with a complete and comprehensive technical package from Stage Lighting Services. Working very closely with Cardiff Open Air Theatre Festival and a wide range of organisations and suppliers we were able to provide a comprehensive production, technical & site management service. This included Steeldeck staging, lighting hire & design, power distribution and onsite technical support. In conjunction with our sister company Stage Sound Services Ltd we were able to supply sound equipment, design and operation. Our Managing Director and Production Manager were onsite for the duration of the festival, and will lead our team of trained technicians to support this great event. As part of the package we supplied a custom Milos 290v Quad Truss structure with multiple rigging points for the festivals lighting team to utilise. Recently we have added 30 x 8×4 sections of staging to hire stock to fulfil the ever increasing demand for Steeldeck staging, during the last few months we have been completely out of Steeldeck on a number of occasions. By adding these 30 units to hire we now have over 180 sections of 8×4 Steeldeck in hire stock.
